So far, so good

  • I am horrible when it comes to watching what I eat! I am low-carbing it, and so far I've taken in 33 carbs and 1588 calories. I want to keep my carbs under 70, as I cannot function with only 20-40 for a long period of time. I will take in 1800-2000 calories a day.

    My weight is at 307, I'm not skinny, but really want to be lol.

    Calorie Count says I should take in 2350 calories, but to me that seems a bit too high so I'm cutting it down.

    Being on high protein, I don't get hungry very often, which is one part of LC that I like!
  • That's what I like best about lower carb. I'm not hungry very often. But when I am ... it's true growling tummy hunger! Not that turning the kitchen inside out looking for the right thing hungry.
