So I dont really remember this happening before, but did anyone else get headaches your first week? I am on day 2 and my head is KILLING me

I guess it is possible it could be due to my cycle - but man I dont remember going through this before.

Experiencing headaches your first week of Atkins is very common. Its part of the "Atkins flu" and while it can be miserable for a few days, it will pass soon.

I am experiencing this now ...first week of any diet is hard and always makes me feel bad, but low carb seems to be worse ...must be the sugar and carb wdl ...I only hope I can get through the initial week of feeling bad so I can keep losing...wish me luck!

i too am going thru the atkins flu, but i know it is short lived and i will be ready for the burst of energy i always get.
