I've found that just as I get addicted to carb-loading/mindless comfort carb eating veryvery fast . . . I also get addicted to the great energy feeling of Atkins super quick - going into fat burning ketosis quite easily - I've felt the "surge" by the 2nd day b4.
I cannot give up caffeine so thinking that's why I don't have many of the unpleasant symptoms I read about?
How many carbs are in your "light" string cheese, chickadee?
Brware of anything labelled "lite" "light" etc and yes, strawberries can stall going into ketosis on Induction.
