Default May Exercise

I've GOT to do better on the exercise part. So I need to start posting AND exercising. So this'll keep me honest. I plan on just hitting "edit" for each day I need to add exercise to the date. Saves on space and keeps things neater.

1. shampooed carpets for 4 hrs., hard house cleaning several hrs.
2. shampooed carpets for 3 hrs., hard house cleaning several hrs.

4. weeded garden 2 hrs. , laundry, mowed back yard
5. weeded garden 1 hr., mowed front yard 2 hrs., grocery shopped 1 hrs.
6. babysat 2 grandson's for 8 hrs., lots of activity with them, cleaned the deck for an hr. (sweeping and bagging leaves)

8.Walked 1 mile outside and 1 mile on treadmill, did floor Ab and Leg exercises
9. Walked 1 mile on treadmill
10.
11. Babysat 2 grandsons for 13.5 hrs. (constantly busy)
12. Mall walking 2 hrs.

14. Weeded garden for 3 hrs. with a hoe, walked my dogs
15. Walked 1 mile on treadmill
16. 2 hrs. mowing the yard, 1 hr. cleaning deck and picking up trash (from dogs)
17. finished mowing and worked 2 hrs. in garden
18. walked 30 min's on treadmill
19. gone to SD #3's graduation
20. cleaned vehicle inside and out, worked 3 hrs. on it
21. worked 1 hr. in garden , elliptical 10 min's.
22. 4.5 hrs. of working in garden flower beds, removed at least 200 lbs. of rocks
23. cleared flower bed, planted cantaloupe 2.5 hrs. total
24. 4hrs. of yard work, planting watermelon, digging weeds, filling in holes from dogs.
25. weeded around hedges and weeded garden for 2 hrs.
26. weeded garden 2 hrs.
27. weeded garden 2 hrs.
28. 1 hr. of cutting tree limbs and moving them
29. 1 hr. of weeding flower beds, pulling potatoes and onions, watering plants
30. weeded flower beds and garden for 2 hrs., mowed yard for 2 hrs.

Well Jumping in late I will try to see if I keep this up for next month. Will be a challenge as I start work the 4th.

21 Upper body work out. 30+ Min hard weights. Eating stunk and so did water.I will drink tonight.
