Well I've made it a week when I weighed Fri I had lost 8 lbs. I'm sure it was mostly water because my feet from my water retention has really gone down!!!! I'll weigh tommorow and see what I'm at. Hopefully I lost something more. So far it's pretty easy after the first couple of days. I've learned to stay away from sugar free candy bars though. Had one made me sick and also made me crave bad foods after I was done being sick. So no more for me.
2much: Congratulations on the 8 pounds! That is excellent and well done! Keep up the great work and tomorrow's WI should be a good one also (I consider no gain a good WI ).
Congrats on the 8 lbs. I was bad over the weekend. I have been back on track now... And.. I will soon be a hottie.. he he he! I will be on vacation in Las Vegas in November that that is what I am hoping for.. Hottie by November!
I rode my bike last night for 2 miles.. but.. I think I got a better workout watching the Earl show.. Dang I laugh from start to finish!!!
well I didn't get a chance to weigh in I don't have a scale so I go to 24hr fitness gym. Were moving Saturday so I was to busy packing I'm gonna try to get there though soon.
Good job, 2 much. I started Atkins just a day before you and have lost 9 in the first week.Although, I cheated Friday and Saturday in Orlando. To blame is the gravy on my steaks.....oh and the apple dessert at cracker barrel. I will shut up now. I don't crave it...well..maybe the gravy.
