Don't know if this is where I fit in or not...
I'm not on atkins, I have been doing WW for the past 9 months and lost 50lbs so far. Anyways, my weight loss has slowed down a lot and pretty much stopped since last November. I just signed up for personal training at the gym, and my trainer has reccommended I go on a Low GI diet. So that is pretty much what I'm doing. Anyone else here doing something similar??
