Yeppers, today is a brand-new week as far as I'm concerned. I'm not even going to look at those high days and yep, we'll keep on keeping on in our more normal ranges. We WILL do 'er!

I was going to just post the rest of the week separately so as not to get discouraged going forward by the two high days, but then I realized I am NEVER (or rarely) discouraged and feeling fine tonight, so here we go and good-night to any passersby!

Ha, more cryptic comments here from me to the scale, which is not cooperating, but anyway, I'm still in the game as far as NOT hitting 2000+ cals and I'm working on my mindset and living an active life.

Talking Sunday Scale Tale
Up .4 to 133.8 and considering the upward trend Sage2 (Moi) was experiencing most of the week, we're calling that maintenance and are happy with it.

That's the scale tale and off we go for another week!
