weigh in today didn't even count yesterday: ( help!) for some reason lost my mojo so terrified of the scale today. so I know it won't be good did get in some exercises yesterday
with weights none today lifting 2- 3x a week read that it helps with losing muscle burns more fat so we shall see I can still feel the effects super sore arms and thighs.
will post later after getting in scale. hope by some miracle I didn't gain (fingers crossed)
