1875 today and it has been a long one finally crawling in bed after working 12 hour shift picking up kids bathing feeding the baby and finally gettin to just lay in bed and unwind a little. My favorite way to unwind is to take a look at my calorie intake and come on here and read posts then add my two cents


Weigh in day tomorrow! I am always so excited to see where I am at and if I have lost any weight.Also take a look at my intake and evaluate it see where I can improve anything.
The excitement of weigh in day usually is enough to make me jump up and go into work early in the mornings.( I weigh in at work)
I feel like I did pretty good this week but I dnt want to get my hopes up so we shall see. READY to get out of the 3's Need to see a 2. Maybe not this week but next.
I also enjoy changing my ticker 😀😀 Love working on the next goal so right now trying to achieve my first goal of 299...

Down another 2.8lbs !!! this week I dnt know what's up with the 2.8 but I'll take it!!
I'm guessing 1900calories is the perfect number for me.

calorie count today is 2080 a little over but that is what it is.

very happy about the 2.8 thinking of my first reward for getting under 300 hopefully I'll be at that number next week

I'm not sure what I should do for myself for getting under 300. I 'll come up with smthg

Haven't post in here for days which is really unusual for me just been busy and just plain tired.I worked night shift on Saturday night 11-7a and only slept for 2 hours and was up and out again trying to get kids ready for school.

Hopefully all my running around caused me to lose weight We shall see weigh in day early this week will be weighing in on Tuesday I'm excited to see I think I might reach my first goal this week

a fitbit is a great idea not sure if I get one this reward bit I will certainly get one soon maybe for the 285 goal.

Down 1.6lbs today kind of disappointed that I didn't get to the 200s this week but I did weigh a day early and I know for sure that I will next week !! still happy!!

Changed my ticker to my next goal of 285 my reward for getting in the 200s is a pamper day manipedi eyebrows and hair. My reward for 285 will be a fitbit I think I need to work for the ffit hit so I saved that for 285. Calories yesterday 2081 a little high but not too bad need to get back on track tho hopefully today will be better

2840 today over emotional day TOM on the way but I can't lose sight of my goal
Tomorrow shall be better vow to make better choices dnt want to gain anything next week
will post tomorrow hopefully will stay within calories

OMG 2540 WTH is going on yesterday I was under 1640 today 2580 I dnt want to gain this week so I must get my act together TOM and stress but I know I can do it. No more overages will do some exercising to try and offset my overage and drink lots of water. weigh in Wednesday.

over again t pains me to type this but I must log the good and the bad try yo get out of my rut tomorrow I hope the scale don't break me or I break the scale but we shall see. done eating for today.Tomorrow is another day

2000 cals approximately todaY I'm slowly decreasing my calorie intake TOM I just feel like I been eating too much and I van actually feel the difference hoping I don't gain on Wednesday if I stay the same I will be happy I'm sure I won't lose either way I will post it . been rough this week have to do better around the TOM bc I succumb to my cravings and I can't do that I can't regress back to my old ways. will post tomorrow

weigh in today didn't even count yesterday: ( help!) for some reason lost my mojo so terrified of the scale today. so I know it won't be good did get in some exercises yesterday with weights none today lifting 2- 3x a week read that it helps with losing muscle burns more fat so we shall see I can still feel the effects super sore arms and thighs.
will post later after getting in scale. hope by some miracle I didn't gain (fingers crossed)

The scale did intimidate me and threw me off still not fully on track but working to get there. starting with counting stopped counting for the last couple of days. will count today and post later

1960 today surprisingly I ate the food then logged usually I eat first but not today this is including a huge hamburger and two donuts and a feeling of sedation I also can feel if I have lost weight or not and I haven't lol I feel huge lol bit thankful I'm near my calories tomorrow will be better time to get back on the wagon👊

1831 looks like I'm getting my groove back weigh in tomorrow hopefully I didn't gain not expecting a loss although I feel like I at least haven't gained anything.

over the weekend I got compliments that it looks like I lost a couple of pounds maybe I'm glossing inches Idk but surprisingly I felt sexy this weekend I had on one of my favorite shirts and some leggings with some airmaxes I was working it. I was getting looks and compliments all day long at our company baseball game me and my daughter's father got along great it was a good day hopefully there are many more to follow.

check in tomorrow for my weekly weight.

Down 1/2lb only this week at least it is not a gain. Calories 2321 kind of high. it is now time for me to stay within calorie range I am ready:to move this scale my average for this month was 4lbs. I would like to lose 8lbs a month and if I stay within goal calorie wise I can do it
time for me to buckle down and do the right thing I love changing my ticker and it is time to move the dial so to speak I will also lift at least twice a week.
