Hi everyone, posting earlier than usual my weigh-in was .4 lb. Up, I now weigh 238 flat, considering how I ate yesterday I'm actually OK with that number. I haven't had dinner yet but I know what I'm having and then the kitchen is closed, my calories for today 4/5 (Happy Easter) will be 1,790, of my allotted 1740. My weight watchers points plus will be 40 + 0pp watermelon, banana and strawberries (I love the spring/summer fruit selection we're having). I now have 25 weekly points to last me until this Wednesday.

ETA- I ended up eating more "0pp" watermelon which added another 92 calories to my total plus having about a cup of Arctic Zero Chocolate Peanut Butter frozen dessert so adding 72 more calories so tonight's calories are 1954 and the points are 42 leaving me with 23 until Wednesday.

Haven't been here in a while....this nutritional bookkeeping gets to me sometimes....I feel like I should get extra pay for this job!

summary of the last week:
M: 680, T: 834, W: 794, R: 1274, F: 1488, S: 1960, S: 1374

For a weekly average of around 1200, which is not low enough for me to lose

Today was ok, but tonight was horrible lol. I borderline binged big time, not actually a binge (a binge for me is well over 3,000 calories this was around that) not sure how many points but let's assume I have no more weeklies to pick from.
I just did the math, I had 71PP whoa, which is 36 daily points + 35 weekly points, but I only had 23 remaining which means I am now negative 12 PP. *yikes* Anyway, it was a rough day, tomorrow back on track, luckily I didn't buy any foods that would make it a challenge to get back on track. Thank you for reading everyone.
Exact calories according to MFP is 2,878, my weigh in today was my lowest yet of 237, won't be weighing myself for a few days.

Today (4/7) calories were 1,809 of my 1740 daily allowance, my PP were 39 which is 3 over, despite my rough day yesterday I'm feeling optimistic about this week. I also had 0pp banana, apple, strawberries and orange.

Bad news - I severely overate tonight 4/8, nearing 3,000 calories for the day, my Mfp total is 2,886 which is 1,146 over my 1740 daily allowance to lose 1lb. a week. My Weight Watchers Points were 77 (41 over my daily allowance, I'm now negative 56 weekly points yikes! Definitely back on track tomorrow!). The good news is today 4/8 I weighed in at 236!! A new low for me, after today's episode I'd like to avoid the scale until Sunday for my challenge, hoping to be about the same weight or possibly lower by then by staying on track the rest of the week!

Hey everyone, my calories for the day(4/9) was 1,764 and my Weight Watchers PP were 43, which is 7 over my daily allowance. Today I weighed in at 235.8 and I was so happy even though it is only .2 down, because I had expected to be up after yesterday. Also I realized I am only 6 lbs. away from the 220's *woohoo*, hopefully today's calories will bring me that much closer. 0pp fruits of watermelon, strawberries and banana.

Hi everyone, I had 1,906 calories which is 166 over my allowance, and 48 PP which is 12 over my daily allowance. 0pp foods were watermelon and strawberries.

Hope it's ok if I just hop in here. I like calorie counting because I can (mostly) eat what I want, just in smaller portions. Today I ate 1380 calories on a goal of 1740. So kind of low, but I skipped the gym today because I worked late. Also, I left some "padding" for calories I couldn't count. I had a small serving of mashed potatoes at dinner. I didn't watch how much butter and milk dad added but knowing him it was a lot. But on MFP I just logged it as a baked potato.

I had started this a few days ago..am doing my best on staying around 2200 calories...but ended up slightly over 3000. Maybe I shall keep under 3000 and see what happens...So far holding steady on my weight/scale.

Since I will make this my net home ...I am willing to share my total calories..good or bad.

Mon....5,510 Stressed out, tired.

My goal was to be 2200 or less, but ended up 3000...so I up to that and now I still gone over....can not win!!!!!

I am so glad this day is over...Tues will be better....it gotta be...

We've all had those days Liliann, they come and go, it is a part of life . I will be over today as well, having eaten 2 Reese's Easter peanut butter Easter eggs (they were on sale for 9 cents each, hard to fight that) plus a Kind bar (I feel a little justified because I had to walk awhile to get it lol, but it is on my banned list since I go overboard with these). Calories for the day 1,955 of my 1,740 allowance, and I really hope I work out again tonight. <3

Candid.....You dd very well, still under 2000..even with the candy. well done! Hoping you will have a great Tuesday.

I knew I would gain..only 1 Lb...so thank goodness for this new day...My aim just for today will be 2200 calories..and not over that limit. I can do it!

Will check in tonight with my ending calories.

Thank you Liliann! Today was 1760 calories, which is 20 calories over, not bad. I discovered a new love of baby/mini carrots these are a good snack and lunch/dinner plate filler. I also love hard boiled eggs (the pre-cooked ones from Trader Joe's are fabulous and only 60 calories each).
