Cheerios for breakfast instead of eggs today. My brain thanked me. At least half the day. Around 900 the past two days. Workin' hard, ladees, workin' hard.
1865, which is definitely more than my 1400-1600 goal, but I was on my feet shopping most of the day, and fit in a 45 minute swim at the gym, so I'm hoping it at least balances my exercise. I don't feel too guilty about it.
Well, don't feel bad ladeees. I've kept the calories around 1050 (ave) for the past week--the past 16 days actually--and the scale is trying to creep up. Today I got all 1132 calories in before 6pm, so a long evening. Good news is, I just fed my skinny-butt husband around 800 calories in dates! As his late-night snack. Ha! (They're still tempting me!)
1663 calories today, and I got in a half hour swim!!! Just a little bit over my 1400-1600 goal but I'm okay with it Now, to come with plans for all the christmas dinners. I'm thinking of saying no to gravy on everything and picking one starch (stuffing) instead of eating heaps of mashed potatoes, stuffing, and buns!!!
Yesterday s calories were an approximate 1458, but to be safe I'll round it up too 1500. And, I got in an hour long swim!!! Woot! Think I'm gonna invest in goggles though, or I'll burn out my eyes :/

Yesterday calories were about 1850 which is high, so far today 570. It is about 1:40 in the afternoon. I only intend to have dinner so my calories should be back on track. This is difficult for a foodie but worth it
These holidays will be murder! Its so hard not to over eat. Not so much cause I can't help myself, but because I want to be able to eye-ball my servings so I don't become dependent on food scales, and so manybof the classic Christmas foods are just so calorie heavy and covered in butter!!! I don't want to offend people by not eating, but my playevis going to be full of such little servings...
I'll be okay with myself if I maintain weight, just as long as I don't gain back anything. I'm hoping that by aiming for low calorie days before and after each Christmas dinner, then hitting my highest calorie days will be more balanced!! Today I was at 1902!!! (Celebrating Christmas early because my hubby work christmas). But, yesterday was 1374. Tomorrow I'm going to have to aim for 1300-1400 day
