Yesterday I had about 1470, and today so far I have had 497, but I am thinking of getting something to eat.

Why does alcohol contain so many calories?! Why do I get all excited when I see my boyfriend and eat out!?

Thursday 2319 (Food was at less than 1200 before the drink!)
Friday 1777 (Around my BMR so not too bad, but still awful food!)
Saturday 2198 (Burger... drink... )
Sunday 1567 (A bit better. I had a bad breakfast and lunch due to feeling unmotivated after the last few days but quickly realised I was being stupid... and walked out of the queue at KFC! *proud*)
Today about 1200 by the end of today!
Tomorrow: Going out for an indian BUT I will make sure that I eat healthy breakfast and lunch

RollTideRoll nice job!

I'm a soup fanatic - I recommend trying Loaded Baked Potato Soup clocking in at only 207 calories a cup. Even my little one likes it.

Hey all!

... So uh... I fell of the wagon. I used to post regularly here. I was doing super well for a few months... came out of a bad relationship and threw myself into getting healthy. Then.... met someone new and my whole life changed drastically over the course of a year!

Still down overall, but I've gained about 25 of the 80 pounds I lost back.
Oh well, time to get back on track. Money is super tight at the moment but I'm gunna find a way to get back to the gym and get back to counting calories. Coming on here always kept me accountable before so I'm trying to get back into that habit too!

*sigh*

I ate all my breakfast calories at 2 in the morning. I never do that... but I did. So I ate half my lunch for breakfast.

Who am I kidding? I ate all my lunch for breakfast and I'm now contemplating how to get through the rest of the day on hardly any calories. >.<;;

Bacon/mayo/alfalfa sprouts sandwich for lunch, with crackers and Juliette cheese (total 885 calories). Half of the same type of sandwich for breakfast (310 calories), plus two cookies and a cup of milk (585 calories).

Oh wait, I just had a cup of Happy Planet smoothie at 180 calories, too.

That's 1950 so far, and I get 2100 per day. So 150 remaining.

It's 3pm already, though. I think I might just have some chicken breast by itself tonight and go to bed super early. I guess I could work out to get more food. But realistically I'm not going to.

Let this serve as a warning, folks: If your system works like mine and you eat too many carbs (sandwich bread, cookies... yesterday's perogies), you will feel HUNGRY and EAT TOO MUCH.

I gotta get back on track, guys...

Wow, haven't been on here since the new thread started. I think since its the final crunch to goal I better start posting my calories here again for more accountability. Goal is anything below 1600.

Today I'm aiming in the 1300-1400 area.

munchy, I'm right with you. 135 is cw and nearly my highest ever. Very uncomfortable in my skin. Trying to amp up the execise, stop indulging and otherwise stay on track

B - oatbran, protein powder, banana, dried cranberries, flax seeds (just under 400)
L - apple, protein shake (protein, cocoa, coffee, banana, almond milk) Total indulgence, that is not quite an indulgence.
D - will be Indian spiced split pea stew (haven't put in the cals yet probably anywhere from 300-400).

Thanks oneten. Final count 1147 and made it to the gym for zumba and then took the stairs when I got home and did a round of abs (daily hiit) to get over 500 cals on my exercise.

Looks good skinnygirldreams!
