Figured out my inability to lose weight
Here I am, 5-6 years after eliminating so many different diet don't items. Sugar, soda, any meal not prepared at home, processed foods, most dairy....as well as consuming more nutritional items. It took keeping a food diary and researching everything I consumed to realize my weight loss stangnated for one reason. My consumption of rum. I'm not an alcoholic but wow the amount of calories I literally drink is shocking. I never once thought that was not only why I gained so quickly but also why I'm struggling to work it off. Smh.
