Everyone can feel free to add me, I'm abnormal_housewife on there.

df1960, to add someone in the app (never done it on the computer), tap the icon on top that looks like people, then tap "friends." A new page will come up with a button on the bottom that says "Add A friend." When you tap that, a new page appears and you just fill in the boxes. Easy!

Hi everyone! I'm new here after spending a few weeks doing the Ideal Protein diet. I've never heard of MyFitnessPal but it sounds like something I'd like. Yesterday was my first full day of logging and counting calories and it was time consuming to look it all up on the web, and calculate for the size portion I had. Will go check this out.

I've been using it now for a few days and love it! So helpful for tracking calories. If anyone wants to friend me, please do, I am on there under pamcplymouth.

I have a question too, how accurate do you find the weight loss predictions? Mine is telling me that I will likely only lose a .5 pound a week on 1400 calories. That's a bit depressing. I'm hoping it's wrong and I'll continue to lose more quickly than that. I may drop my cals a bit too to help.

Edited to add, I am going to go through and add everyone on this thread who shared who said they would like to add friends as well!

Another MFP addict here! It's a great place for adding up my calories so quickly and efficiently. Plus the fact that if cooking your own recipes it works out the calories per portion as well... Fantastic.
