My goals for January-
1) Stop eating out as often as I do - bought some Healthy Choice meals to replace the want of eating out (plus I hate cooking after I get home from work)
2) Daily 15 minute exercise on my elliptical
3) No alcohol except a drink on Friday or Saturday if I want to have one

I'm hoping to lose at least 5 lbs this month (Any amount will be awesome- my dream goal would be to be below 200 lbs)

My goal for January is to reach my goal weight!! (My profile weight is no longer accurate after a week-long Christmas food fest. I'm up to 131, so my goal is to lose 6 lbs).

I'll be out of town for 5 days for my best friend's wedding, so it may be tough to pull off. While I'm home I hope to exercise 6 days a week and stay within my calorie range.

My husband and I are going on a cruise to Mexico the first week of February, so I'm motivated.

My goal is to stay on plan between yesterday and Feb 2nd. It seemed like I could have lost so much more, but every month since I started, there was one weekend where I was traveling or there was a family event that set me back. Well now that New years is over, there shouldn't be any problems this month.

I'd like to lose 12 pounds too

I hear you, boy do I hear you. Don't let it be the end though after coming so far.

I hate the three steps forward, two steps back feeling. I've had it since August. I can't even imagine how much weight I've lost from the "getting back to ticker" weights. I hate losing the same pounds over and over.

I guess that's what maintenance will be like though.

I made it through day one and now working through day two. 194.? On the scale.

I pre-entered all my meals into Lose It so now I need to stick to it.

Mine is a little more internal rather than weight loss. I've been having a serious mental issue with no being able to see results even though I'm losing weight.

Every time someone says something nice about me, I automatically think it's a lie. That has to stop.

I have to stop concentrating on every flaw on my body and concentrate on what is great about me.

Those are my January into forever goals

Sorry I have been MIA. Our house caught on fire on New Years day and things have been crazy. Most of the damage was in the garage and everyone is ok, we got lucky. I weighed 165 this morning and my goal is to see 162 on the scale this month. I can do it and it will be great to see a new low weight.

My goals are to
drink more water
exercise 3x a week. I have been very lax with both of these, which is why my goal is sooooooo close but not yet achieved!

I got this...

My #1 goal is to get under 200 (I will) and #2 to reestablish a workout routine.

#3 is to get my husband to work out. But I'm not in control of that!

Yeh, I was kina hoping the world would end so I don't have to look up at my calories, but...oh well...Here we are
My January goals are:
- to lose 10-20 lbs
- Eat 1000(non-working-out days) or 1400 (working-out days) calories 5-4 times a day. About 200 calories each time, so I am not full and not hungry all the time.
- Drink more water, maybe 3-3.5 litters.
- Exercise at least 3 times a week
- And try not to get stressed out since I am a grade 12 student, and all the exams are starting in 2 weeks, and summetives in 1 week.
