Longhand vs FitDay vs SparkPeople
I don't know if this debate has been done over and over, forgive me if it has!
I was wondering what is your preferred method of calorie counting is.
I've used FitDay off and on for YEARS. I just heard about SparkPeople but thought I'd never stray from FitDay. Wow I'm so impressed with SparkPeople's database of foods and the way it's set up. I've done long hand calorie counting too but prefer online. I think, sad to say, I will leave FitDay.
What's your preference???

I used fitday for about a year. then I found sparkpeople and used that for about 2-3 years. Very recently I found mydailyplate.com - check that one out. I miss parts of sparkpeople but I think mydailyplate has WAY more food options, and its so much easier to add food.

I started out using sparkpeople.com but switched to my dailyplate.com last august I really like the layout better than sparkpeople's.

I used Fitday for a while, changed to SparkPeople for a while, and now I use My Fitness Pal.
I think you need to explore around until you find the program that suits you.

I use daily plate also. I have the app on my ipod touch and it syncs up to the web site when I log food.

I use Fitday PC and I love it. I've tried other methods but Fitday PC is the most user friendly for me so I stick with it.

22 year old here using longhand, funny!
I have an app for my Droid but unless I'm out-of-town I'd rather have my little notebook.
