I'm starting over
Hi everyone, I have been a silent stalker of the forums and message boards for quite a while now. I enjoy reading the posts and seeing that I'm not alone in my struggles. I am also a CC and have been off and on (mostly off) for about four years. Last time I got serious with my dieting and healthy changes I went from 181 to 143- I was super pumped and really felt good about myself. After another child (my third), a divorce and every day life... my weight hit 180 again- even though it took three years and a baby to pack back on I am still highly disappointed in myself. I turned thirty in the middle of November. I joined my local YMCA, hit the gym for an hour a day, started counting my calories again and drinking water like I used to drink coffee. I watched the scale go from 180 to 172 in a matter three weeks. I have maintained that loss however let myself off the hook for the "holidays". Needless to say its now hours from February! So now its time to get serious again and hit my goal once and for all. I wish everyone luck in their changes to come!
