You have lots of choices that look okay to me ..
Here are a few things I would pick..
Spicey Thai salad with Crunchy noodles and dressing on the side. Add grilled chicken.
Blackened chicken burger looks safe to me.
West coast halibut looks good if you get the tarter sauce on the side and just use a small amount if you want to use it.
If you want pasta seafood linguine looks good and since it uses olive oil at least its a healthy fat and not cream.
Cedar planks looks really good to!
Looks like you have a ton to pick from just stay away from anything fried, creamed, or topped with any other fat sauce...
