And of course you can do this! Losing weight IS a doable thing. One which any one and every one CAN do.
I just want to caution you though about relying on the scale to drop and tying that into your motivation to forge ahead. Because trust me, there will be days, even weeks when the scale won't budge, regardless of how "on plan" you are. And dare I say, there might even be a time where it goes up.
So, yes, seeing that scale go down is great motivation, but make a
commitment, that you will keep plugging away and sticking with your plan - no matter what. Because it DOES work IF you stick with it. Just doesn't always show up on the scale right away.
Just keep at it. Keep on going and which those minused pounds - multiply.
