"Traditional" breakfast meals: Oatmeal, steel cut oats, grits (my personal favorite with laughing cow, hot sauce and a little Greek yogurt for creaminess), bagel thin with neufchatel cheese, toast with a variety of toppings - natural peanut butter, jelly, apple butter, etc.
Non-traditional breakfasts could be ANYTHING you like to eat. It's so silly that we do limit certain foods for certain times of the day.
I like the Biggest Loser Better Blueberry Pancakes. They are 2 points for 4 small pancakes (1/8 cup measurements) or for 2 pancakes (1/4 cup measurements). I double/triple/quadruple the receipe and freeze them for quick breakfasts. They are filling and great!
