It was more of an "ouch" to me because I'm up 4 pounds from the last time I faced the scale (I had three solid weeks of crappy eating and no exercise). I've NEVER weighed 158 in my adult life (I've been in the 160s--185ish since middle school), so it's a first I'm just disappointed that I let myself regain four pounds. But, I'm back on track!

Chell, when will we be starting...as in, when is first weigh in and what not? Is there a Q & A thread I am missing?

BTW, even with my twisted ankle and skinned up knee, I am almost right back to my starting weight lol. Some A-hole got too close to me (in his truck)yesterday during my walk and I twisted my ankle, lost my footing and down onto the knee I went. It hurst like a mutha, but the the ankle does feel better, so I'm gonna do a WATP's video today.

The cake was really good... we had 3 layers of spice and one layer of almond...

it's a shame and a blessing that we had to throw most of it away.

I'm here!! I am a Friday weigher. That way if I have a slip up over the weekend, I five days to tweak.

155 if we are doing whole numbers
154.6 if we are including decimals.

OMG! You look like a princess! I love love love that dress! Did I mention I LOVE the dress Your hair, jewelry,flowers,cake...everything looked beautiful! I can't wait to see the rest of the pics!!!
