Mark Hyman closest to Atkins
I have newly (for five days) started the 21-day induction stage of the Mark Hyman Eat Fat Get Thin diet plan. It costs money to sign up for support on his website, and feel I need some support so here I am back on the Atkins sight--which is the closest on the 3FC site, I think, unless someone can point me to another better. I may start a EFGT separate site at 3FC later.
I just want to check no one objects. The food plans are very close.
