I am also trying to lose weight with Atkins. It has worked in the past and it's really the only thing that works for me.
I have struggled really badly with willpower……….and failed many times.

I am not giving up and taking it one day at a time.

I"ve been on and off Atkins for several years and it works for me. I've gained 15 pounds since I was last here and high blood pressure and diabetes are nipping at my heels.
