Tonight taco salad.. was very good, but I wish they wouldn't shave hamburger meat so close to the bone.. I chipped my top jaw tooth on a piece of bone in the meat...

Tonight was grilled chicken salad yum with strawberries and whip cream for dessert
Still have 289 calories left and have only had 13 net carbs

Taco salad which was a bit spicier than I wanted it to be but still yummy!

zucchini cut in half and filled with ground turkey type casserole, similar to tacos, dusted with low moisture , part skim mozzarella cheese and soy parmesan cheese, after cooked put in oven broiler for a bit to let cheeses melt and brown.

I'm so hungry all I had today was a handful of pork rinds at work..


Seasoned baked chicken breasts, baked squash and zucchini with onion, bell peppers and topped with cheese and cole slaw... Now I cant wait till I get up and cook it... lol
