Default coffee carbs
Hey ya'll,
I'm soooo upset! I started Atkins a few days ago and didn't realize I was
sabotaging myself.....
I have been drinking General Foods Intl. Coffee's Cafe Francais for over 30 years. I thought since it has sugar in it I would switch to sugar free cappaccino. After figuring out how many net carbs are in 2 cups....UGH!
I JUST DRANK MY WHOLE DAYS WORTH OF CARBS!!!
What do ya'll suggest? I have to have my coffee in the am. but don't drink
'real' coffee.

So sorry this happened to you, despite your effort to avoid it. How frustrating!

What do you mean by you don't drink 'real' coffee? Could you make real coffee and then put a low carb creamer in it? I'm not doing Atkins but I'm low carbing right now. I just make Nespresso coffee and add only Stevia to it. I hope that's ok. I'm looking forward to what others have to say.

I drink donut house decaf kuerig K cups every morning with Heavy whipping cream and then I also alternate using SF nestle vanilla creamer

regular coffee. I went out a bought a Kuerig yesterday so I could start fresh

I Love Love my Kuerig coffee maker! I have the $99 one, the new ones don't care for. good luck
