GGRRRR up 1.4 today but I did just start my period so I am blaming it on water weight and hope it goes just as fast as it came. I was running late this morning and so I told myself "since your late and just started you will have a cheat day and began planning all the high calorie, carb rich foods I was going to shove in my mouth... however I went to the kitchen and cooked up my bacon and eggs and skipped makeup instead... it was so easy and really I didn't even have to argue with myself I just did it... I even ate an extra egg so as I drove by the fast food places I would be to full to even glance their way I would call that success!!!!
