I'm looking to lose some weight (quite a bit actually) and I need a kick-start, so I am hopping aboard Atkins again. I've been successful on Atkins before, so I am confident - and that makes a BIG difference.
I'm on Day 2 of induction and I need to go shopping!
Unfortunately, I cannot remember what I should snack on, so I need to do some research!
