Seems as though my body has finally caught on...Today is 4 weeks and I had been stuck at 4 pounds since the second week. But, I've lost 2 pounds in the past 2 days. I really hope this continues. I finally feel different too, I'm not craving things anymore, and constantly looking for something I can eat or looking at the clock waiting for the next meal.
Congratulations! I have just finished week 2, and while I havent weighed myself yet, I wore my jeans for the first time in ages, and they were too big! Yay Keep us posted on your journey!
