Well, I was on atkins from March to September of 2011, mostly on an induction level, and feeling awesome! Went down 14 dress sizes in that time, and got pregnant. Now after a rough pregnancy and a broken leg in the past two years I am back right where I started because sugar and dumplings are my comfort foods!
We want to try for baby #2 in the next year, so I have to get my PCOS back under control, Just here looking for support, maybe trade tips, I have done this before and know I can do it again.
I love the low-carb WOE, because I always feel so energetic and most importantly, satisfied after eating a NORMAL amount of food.
