The beer is not as good as American beer Sue. But the wine is OK. And the salads look good too. So it's wine for dinner for the next two weeks.

I get to weigh in again tomorrow morning on my travel scale. So y'all best watch out!

Oh Oh..... We're watching IAN I hope that you do have a nice swoosh.... then you will have to tell us the name of the wine you are drinking so I can visit Total Wine down the street!

Glad you made it safe and sound to your destination. Found a good gym too... and salads to stay on plan. Looks like everything is working out for you and that is awesome...

OK Girls... We have a competition on our hands across the Continents too. Lets Lose It!! lol

Ok so its my special birthday tomorrow... I will be 55 on 5/5 LOL how cool. I made myself a almost perfect Atkins chocolate Cheesecake....
Used the receipe on line.... Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Heavy cream, Eggs, Vanilla (only have the sweetened kind.. but that was the only bad thing), splenda and Baking Dark Cocoa Powder... OH YEAH It is sitting in the fridge for my treat tomorrow and I cannot wait. I might find some low sugar natural peanut butter and mix it with some cream cheese and splenda and make a peanut butter icing.... OH my mouth is drooling just thinking of it. I have to make sure I freeze the extras as I know it won't last (Made it in a deep dish 9 inch pie plate) My birthday treat for myself (all my family is out on a cruise from Ft. Lauderdale to Montreal up the east coast of US.

Yum Yum and I am also going to sleep in (alittle until my cats jump on me)

I got to weigh in and it's another whoosh into the two-teens! Just had a salad for breakfast!

SW: 223.4lbs
GW: 218.4lbs

4/30 - 223.4lbs (up 0.4lbs from yesterday)
5/1 - 225.0lbs (up 1.6lbs OMG!!)
5/2 - 223.0lbs (whoosh)
5/3 - 222.0lbs (whoosh)
5/4 - unable to weigh in
5/5 - 219.6lbs (whoosh)

YEAH.. that was a great Birthday present to me I am sooooo happy today. A friend of mine invited me over for breakfast this morning to celebrate... So YEAH I have someone to do something with That is a wonderful present.

OOOHHHHH I just also have to say that I weighed this same amount 5 years ago on my 50th birthday... So took away 5 years of LBS that I will NEVERF see again on my body.... Just wish the skin was younger and would tone up LOL?

Well done Sue. It's a race to the finish now. Water could be my enemy again as I went to the gym today. We'll see. Please don't let me bounce out of the two-teens!

Yahoo 202 today - I was so afraid I wouldn't lose anything before the 5 pound challenge was over!!! So happy to finally see the scale move!!
