Default Need some help with berries..

So I want to incorporate a little bit of berries into my diet and what sounded really good was sort of a single serve, crustless berry "pie" with heavy whipped cream ontop.
But I was wondering how I should cook the berries? Should I put them in the oven in a casserole dish? Add water? Any tips?

I've been looking for a recipe but can't find one. I don't want a crust and I just want to make enough for 1 serving

I am not big on fruit pies, but here is a recipe that is for 6. Just divide the ingridients and make it a single serving.

Why don't you just eat the berries "fresh" with the whipped cream? Delish. Plus you get more fiber and health benefits by eating them raw.
