Exclamation Gona Give atkins a shot

Okay so i have tried cutting carbs in past but always seem to fall of the wagon and after reading thru my atkins book i think i should give it a try ........wish me luck x

Good Luck!! Me and my daughter have been doin it since May.. We like it.. We found out the she is allergic to Gluten by doin this diet!! We thought it was starch in general but after further research, I am sure it is gluten...

I, too, had tried low carb in the past but never really read the book or followed the plan to the tee. This time, I read the book first, stocked the house, and have lost 6.6 pounds in 10 days of induction.
