Default why do i self sabatage?

hi guys! Started Atkins about a month ago. Lost 16 lbs during induction and felt great. Then I had a carb binge. I've gained 10 lbs back and now im trying to recommit myself to do this right. Bought the book and am starting a clean induction tomorrow!! (threw out coffee and diet soda...yikes!) I really need an induction buddy as im trying to stay motivated this time. Im so discouraged. Thanks!

I can't go without the crunch of some foods. So every second Sunday I have a binge day. It's hard to make sure it stays as only 1 day but I feel awesome after it. I put on about 3-4 lb on Monday morning but it's gone by Wednesday and I'm lower on Thursday than before I started

Its so easy to have a bad food day, but don't let it become a bad food week, month, year, etc...

I lost 71 pounds and then had setbacks that set me clear back the full 71 pounds.

As my therapist keeps telling me... Stop being angry with myself for my past mistakes. I'm doing well today so be proud of myself for today and aim for being proud of myself tomorrow.

If you are anything like me, you have a disease that we will be fighting with all our lives. If we stop fighting... we're done.

It feels good to know I have so many partners out there who are fighting this right along beside me.
