We had a slow thread yesterday, and I bet it will be slow both today and tomorrow as well until Monday when everyone comes back and complains about how poorly they ate during the weekend :dizzy: So let's PLAN for the weekend! Here's my plan for today:

Kashi Heart to Heart cereal w/small banana and skim milk
organic tomato soup w/croutons
oatmeal
fat-free cottage cheese

yogurt
leftovers - ww couscous, chicken, veggies, black beans, cheese
fudgesicleThat brings me to 1460 calories and 96g protein.
