Hi All, I'm new to this posting thing so go easy one me. I have tried just about every diet and have lost 80lbs 4yrs ago with Weight Watchers and have since gained it back. I have started dieting again and lost about 7lbs but I feel like I have no motivation its so frustrating!
Any support would be great I am going on a cruise in May and would like to meet my goal by then!
hey I'm Jenn and i get were your coming from, I'm pretty new to this site to and need the support to. I'm just so sick of being over weight. i have lost weight in the past but then it comes back on. So if you need to talk it would be great. just let me know. And way to go on the 7lbs.. i know how hard it is to get started I am down 9lbs so far i started about a month ago. Motivation is a hard thing to rely on because it comes and goes. I'm sure you know from the last time you lost weight that the challenge is in doing what you need to do even when you don't feel like doing it. This place can help with that!

Hey both of you! I'm Fae. About a year ago I lost 25 lbs, then gave up and gained it back (and then some!) And let me tell you, these girls are the right ones to get your bum in gear when you need it.
