This is free. They will not print it for you but you can get the pdf and do whatever you wish with it.

Since it's online, I'm thinking of doing one for my family to contribute their recipes then we can figure out if and how we want it printed.

Oh cool! Thanks for this. One of my favorite gifts ever was one my son did when he was 6 or 7. The teacher had us send in a favorite family recipe and then printed it out and on the page next to it was the child's version of the recipe. We got a cookbook full of good recipes and alot of laughs as we read all the children's suggestions. I've often thought of doing that with my childminded children and that link might be the best place to get started!
