Question Plans!

So I was on the red plan and now haved moved down to Purple....

Question is If you have moved down a plan how have done? Was it hard not having as much food? Were you dropping more pounds while your body got use to it? Just curious. I am getting so excited I still have over 9 months, but I know with all you wondeful people I will make it!

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GOOD THANKSGIVING!

Congrats on the move!

I had a hard time with the red to purple move because you lost the 1/2P and a whole starch, and that was my breakfast. But the girls here gave me some menu ideas and some ways to mix it up and I adjusted. I didn't necessarily drop more weight because I was sort of stalling anyway. And I was a little hungry the first week. If you find yourself getting hungry, make some hot flavored tea (I like Blueberry and Vanilla Caramel) before you are ravenous. It will do wonders to help you through.

One last thing though... I started at 256 and was told the move to purple was 224-220. I'm kinda surprised the moved you. But if it's working and they're sure, go for it.
