Default When it's your time of the month...

How do you stay on plan when you are fighting PMS?? How do you handle the cravings? Do you find you are hungry on plan?? Sorry if this is kind of personal.. but unfortunately it's a fact of life, I'm not finding this week very easy at all so far

I really like the flavored hot teas--vanilla caramel is a favorite. I usually add a tiny bit of SF creamer. Very calming.

Thats funny that you broght up that subject. I'm also pmsing, and my kids talked me into going to 7-11 for a snack. I gave in and came out with Funny Bones. After eatting them I realized that I had a lite bar in my handbag and that would have satisfied my sweat tooth. Oh well, next time I'll remember why I put them in my bag when I go out.

ooh vanilla caramel tea sounds heavenly. I haven't seen that one before. I will have to look for it!!!!!

Laura, isn't that just the way it happens?? My kids talked me into a slurpee stop today as well - I ALMOST walked out with 2-bite brownies, but managed to avert that disaster for the moment. What I really really want is a cheesburger from McDonalds...(YUCK!! at least thats what I keep saying to myself!!LOL)

Funny bones! OMG-I totally remember those. The ones that come in the little plastic coffins? Don't worry-couldn't really have been too many calories . . .

Ok, Funny Bones, maybe I called them the wrong name. There like Yodols, but with peanut butter. I have to admit they tasted better when I was a kid. O well, I'll remember the next time.
