Default Need advice for tonight

This is only my second day on WW and I'm going out to a tapas bar for a friends birthday. I plan on eating before I go but would like to order something there so I dont have to explain myself. I've found the menu online so if anyone has a general idea of the points for either:
Pimientos Asados : Roasted Red Peppers (which i'm sure have tons of oil)
Aceitunas Aliņadas : Marinated Olives
or
Gambas al Ajillo: Garlic Shrimp

I really appreciate it!
Thanks!

Sorry - I don't have the points for any of those but my suggestion is you order things that have fresh ingredients like salsa and veggies, grilled shrimp and avoid anything that is deep fried.

Also try to pace yourself with wine or alcohol and have plenty of water. This will avoid extra alcohol calories, prevent dehydration and help to combat the effects of eating anything salty.

Maybe you could order a salad with dressing on the side and just have one or two of the tapas.

good luck!

This advice is probably too late, but fish/shrimp/potatoes should be OK. Try to limit the alcohol--if you drink you'll probably lose your resolve about food control.

Hope you had fun!
