Default Mitch Gaylord's Perfect 10 Workout

Has anyone ever seen this infomercial and has anyone tried it? I was just curious to see if it worked for people and if they liked it.

Mitch Gaylord as in the gymnast? I used to have a huge crush on him!

LOL, me too! I was just going to say I'd get a workout drooling over him!

Anyone have a link?

ETA
Found it:
http://www.perfect10workout.com/
(ok..gotta go back and watch the clip)

ETA pt 2
I've watched it now.

This looks like a good workout, but it's VERY overpriced. IMO, it should only be TWO payments of $19.95...

I ordered it, and should be receiving it soon. I'll let you know how it is when I receive it.

Please, do!! I've been on the fence about it all day. Even though I think it's pricey, I want it!!

Mimi-Me- I recevied the program last night. It was my night to do strength trainning, so I did the portion of the DVD. All I can say is that it was pretty hard. I liked it, but I am sore today! Who knew a 2lb. ball gives you that much resistance, or I could be really out of shape. I'm gonna try the cardio program tonight. I will let you know how that goes also!

OK I did both of the programs...and all I can say is that this program is really hard. It's mostly squats and push-ups, even on the cardio portion, so if you don't like those this plan is not for you. My legs were sore all weekend, but I guess that means it's working.

I love those types of exercises! (sort of )

I think I might have to get these videos.

How long are they, and what's the music like?

Mini-Me- The music is not too pronounced since Mitch (I feel I know him now!LOL) talks you through the moves and motivates you. I think the strength trainning was 45min. and the cardio was 1hr. I plan to keep using them. They were really hard, but I sweated like never before. Even in the strength trainning, I was dripping. Sorry for the visual. LOL Hope this helps!

It does - thanks! I think I want to order. I like squats and push ups (sort of)

Mookie, did you order online, or call? Were there any 'up sell' videos available that aren't on the website?

bdandy3, see the link earlier in this thread for where to order.

I ordered mine before christmas online. They were having a Christmas Special, only two payments. The only other thing they offer, medicine balls that weigh more. They have 4 lb and a 6 lb.
