Joy, I have that virus too! Food has no interest to me - no flavor. I was at a friend's house last night and she served banana cream pie. I had one bite and it tasted like the stuff the dentist uses to make impressions for crowns! Now there's a deterrent.

B'fast:
oatmeal with pecans, raisins, 1% milk
ww toast with natural pb (okay, the grind-it-yourself stuff is better!)
tea (coffee tastes rotten)

S:
yogurt, mandarin oranges (have a small can left over from camping), more tea

L:

D: again. If DH didn't eat the salmon for lunch we'll have that, otherwise, I'll thaw a chicken breast.

Back from my trip. Today was decent.

B-banana, cheerios, soymilk, OJ, coffee w/ skim
S-apple
L-lentil soup, corn bread, carrots, yogurt, V8, dk chocolate
S-Kashi bar
S-peppermint hard candy
S-Skinny cow ice cream bar
D-home-made lasagne, spinach & mushroom salad w/ ranch, dk chocolate

I'm sure there'll be at least one more snack tonight, maybe popcorn? Anyway, minus the snack I'm at about 1750 cal for the day.
