Hello ladies,

I have gotten contacted and told that there was interest in having a "Sticky" listing all of the different color plans, and the food exchanges allowed for each.
I am unable to do so, because it would be publicly listing copyrighted materials that belong to LAWL-so this Sticky will not be able to be posted. LAWL would see this as publicly displaying their "plans" that they want people to come to the centers and "pay for".
I hope everyone understands.

Hi,I was wondering if I could get some info.on men's plans..I would imagine they would have more of everything..do you know of anyone here that is a man,or knows a man who is l.a.w.l.? thanks..focused~

focused--my DH was/is on LAWL. Started at 232 (1-1-06) on Purple with Lites and has basically maintained at 195-ish now since May. Anytime he goes up 2-3 he just eats from WL phase. Otherwise it's whatever he wants--MEN!

Focused - my DH is on it also and he started out on the red plan just like the women here. I still think they go by weight, exercise, etc. He's not getting more than any other red...
