Brekky: Egg and cheese

Lunch: Pita, tuna, celery

Dinner: Steamed broccoli and soup

SNACK: yogurt, lemon water, clementine, nuts!

B - 2 pieces of sprouted, 20 grain organic bread, natural peanut butter

S - Fage 0% yogurt, sliced strawberries

L - salmon salad on 2 slices of bread, small cup of lentil soup

S - tall non fat sugar free vanilla latte

S - tangelo

S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, orange pepper strips, baby carrots, sugar snap peas)

D - home made soup - chickpeas, leeks, spinach, tomatoes

I will stay at or under calories today... I hate holidays, especially ones with turkey! We did our thanksgiving dinner last night and over-all I think I did okay (under 2000 for the day) - higher then normal but WAY lower then any other year I am sure :)

I worked out for 2 1/2hrs yesterday! Needless to say my whole entire body hurts! I have to teach yoga tonight too!

B: 6oz yogurt, 1 med apple, 1/2 mango, coffee w. 2% milk (225cal)

L: 6.5oz tuna (150cal) w. mixed froz. vegies (125cal) bland!

S: 1 piece of string cheese (50cal), 1 kashi bar (140cal)

D: leftover meatloaf (200cal), mixed vegies (75cal)

S: ff cottage cheese (150cal)
