Put a pound on. *sobs* Oh well, i've had a stinking cold and it's TOM, so I kind of expected a gain. Hopefully it won't be the same next week though. :(

ive lost 11lbs in the last 2 weeks. before that i was 206. im now 195. im looking to be 140 by the end of may next year. where do you get the ticker things? that would be good to look at how well im doing.

Well done on your losses and good luck for the next week.

Ana : GO to UserCP at the top click on that and on the left hand side it says edit signature , when you click it you will see the ticker thing in front of you alternativly click Quick links and scroll down to Sig Weight Tracker , I hope that helps.

Can't wait to post what will hopefully be a loss but I'll only be going back to the doctors towards the end of next week/beginning of week after. I have been on my home scales and am showing a loss on those but don't want to count that until I get the official drs one. Have tried my best to be as healthy as possible and have done really well, especially if we don't count that kitkat that I pilfered from the fridge about an hour ago! I've also cut down on the beloved red wine so hopefully that will help too.

Dr didnt have time to weigh me today, as it was the family planning clinic I went to but my home scales are showing Im down about 1kg, will go to the chemists tomorrow as his scales are digital and more reliable.

I am blanking the scales as I feel so bloated, I don't think they will be showing nine stone 10lbs at the moment!!!

No change in weight to report this week, although my measuring tape says Ive lost about 1/2 inch of my waist and hips.

Well, according to my scales I was 2kg down from yesterdat, I couldnt believe my eyes so when my bf came in from work I asked him to check it for me and he reckons its between 106 and107kg. Im going to go for the higher number cos thats what I saw just in case!

This week I've actually lost 2 of the 3 pounds I put back on over the last couple of months :o only another pound to go and my 3FC stats will be right again! At least this proves that I CAN lose the lard when I really stick to 1500 cals / sensible low GI plus a long walk each day.

I was a bit worried to weigh myself after my holiday and stay with MIL because I'd gone up a dress size - but when I finally plucked up the courage and did it, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Went to the doctors this morning and I was showing as 1.5kg (3lb) down after 3 weeks - though according to my scales I'm down more than this --- I'm using the doctors as my official and am going to set up a new ticker so that I can measure both the drs and mine and also the drop a dress size --- wow this is just so confusing :)

I've lost 1lb , i am not very impressed with that but still its going in the right direction so i guess i shouldnt grumble , she is making me do a food diary as she said i may be eating something wrong or not drinking enough water hopefully ill get to the bottom of it. :(

tresa.. your doing great.. its never as much as we would like each week... but slow n steady is best... but occasionally you will have a supprise big loss like i did this week... but stick to your plan... get some exercise in.. you looking good for your november target....

oh & dont be too hard on yourself!.. i bet you can see a change already

Lost 2 and a half this week. :D

I've now lost 2 stone from my highest ever weight which was in June. :goodscale The 7th to be precise :p that was a horrible slimming world weigh in! A good stone heavier than I had ever been before. :mad:

Well, Im still the same as last week, not too upset about it as I did gain over the weekend, but it seems to have gone now, so at least Im not up.

Still puzzled by that woman yesterday telling me I should eat more protein from meat and fish - the very thing that I want to cut down on and eventually eliminate from my diet :?:
