Help!!!!
I ate 12 points through lunch - I was craving something so I ate a serving of low fat wheat thins - 2 more points - now I just ate a half bag of lite popcorn (1 pt)
I know it's really, really close to TOM but dang this munchy stuff is killing me. I just guzzled a glass of water too and on another glass.
I'm going to make a big pot of free veggie soup when I get home and have a chicken breast but man, this is one tough day.
