I can't belive no one has started a menu thread today...or maybe I'm just blind. Anyway, here goes.

b: shredded wheat, banana, Splenda, milk
s: apple
l: LO bean & ham soup, milk
s: applesauce, 2 RF graham crackers (2 pts)
d: pan fried fish, oven fries, milk

s: popcorn?

i'm late but here, too. mine is flex.

b--1 slice diet toast/spreadable fruit
l--oven-fried tilapia, mixed veggies, oo, 1/4 cup wild rice
s--grapes
d--ff pizza/lean burger

OK, I had

B: Red River Cereal, blueberries, banana, milk
L: Campbell's Healthy Request Soup, milk
D: Chicken breast on salad with low fat dressing

Snacks: apple, pear

NOT ONE SINGLE empty calorie all day long!! Yea!
