Hey there buddies..I drink alot of cold lemon water...Does hot lemon water have a different effect on the body???

personally I prefer lemon in lukewarm water.
Is it better, that i do not know but I feel it's easier to drink....

Bajachick - I believe the warmth of the water aids in "flushing out" the system. There's an old thread in here about the lemon water - I'll try to find it.

Here's what I found on the cold versus warm..."If the water is too hot or too cold then it will cause the body to expand energy in order to process it. Lukewarm water also has that comforting feeling to it…"

Bajachick: The only way I can get the water in me without gagging is to drink it warm with lemon and Splenda. It oes down pretty fast when it's warm. When it's cold I have to sip it and I just want to chug and get it over with.

Thanks for the note..i like cold cold lemon water...Guess its working..soooo excited. .I was down 4 this week..In two weeks I have lost 11.6 lbs...soooo happy!!BC
