Good morning to you all. I am new to posting but not new to this site. I am following the purple plan at home and have a question I hope one of you can answer for me. I have been saving a starch for my evening snack and my question is what does a sheet of graham cracker consist of. Here in Nova Scotia Canada our graham crackers come in two sleeves in a box, just like soda crackers. I know back many many years ago they used to come as sheets because I remember my mom breaking them apart to give us one but I can't recall how many to a sheet. I have been eating 2 for a starch so I hope I didn't count wrong, althought 4 per starch would make my day.
Thanks

Four little rectangles make up a board here. They are about 1.5" x 3"? Two little rectangles make a square, so I am guessing here.

Hope that helps.

2 squares is one starch. And yes-here they are attached and you can break them apart. So-you seem to be doing it right. I would guess the squares are probably 3inX3in.

Thanks so much ladies, I really don't want to mess this up by assuming things and eating way more then allowed, it is great knowing I can come here for the support when needed.
