I am not sure if I am even askign this correctly but here it goes.
I am currently on the purple plan. My counselor said when I change plans the amount of protein that I eat will go down-that makes sense. However the thing that she said that confused me will be that I would still have 2 protein but instead of 8oz of raw chicken breast it would go down to 6oz.
My confusion is on recipes that state the LA exchange would 8oz of raw chicken breast be the 1 protein for everyone on la weight loss.
Am I am making sense?
