Default On Yellow Plan but don't wan't to use bars
I'm doing the yellow plan but i don't have the money to purchase the lite bars. Does anybody know what the next plan up would be and what portions it entails? Any help would be great.

I've never heard of yellow. Maybe you could tell us your height/weight and we could help from there?

I am going to assume this is Gold. If so, then I think you move to Purple, which is larger proteins by 2oz and an extra veggie. Is this right anyone on purple??

Tree- yes, but she doesn't want to use the bars. If you decided not to use bars-you would move up to blue or red without bars.

Cassi--you crack me up--my first thought was "yellow, never heard of that plan", then it dawned on me! I almost had to ditto your response then we could both wonder where our heads were!!
