Exclamation Low energy... willpower failing... HALP!

Ok gang. I need somebody to whip my butt. I've been doing really well on my eating plan. Eating an average of 1300 cals per day, exercising on my lunch hour 4 times weekly. I've even managed to avoid the extremely tempting box of chocolate drenched belgian cookies my charming coworker has left on the filing cabinet. I've avoided 3 office birthday cakes in a month. I've avoided the donut shop on the main floor of my building. Yay me! I even worked out today, in spite of my waning energy...

However, today, its dreary and rainy out, I'm sleepy because the blasted kids let the blasted cat out yesterday afternoon and she chose 1:30 am as a time to have a fight with another neighbourhood cat right outside our bedroom door. I'm sleepy, I have no healthy food left at my desk, I'm tired and my will power is failing me.

some words of encouragement please? I need someone in my corner to hold me back from scarfing the whole *^^*&^* box of cookies!

Krista

Default Thanks for the support everyone!

I made it! My boss gave me an orange and a few almonds, and that held me over until I got home. Bless her heart!

And, a great NSV, too: I tried on my 'skinny jeans' today when I got home... and they fit!!!!!!
I deserve the carrot, I think!

Good for you, Krista!

For future reference, looking at the ingredient list on the cookie box and "Googling" all the ingredients I can't identify is usually enough to kill MY appetite

Default That's a good one!

Although I honestly don't even want to get close enough to the box to actually read the ingredients! I don't trust myself to touch it!

Oh well, knowing you have a problem is the first step, right? LOL
